Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering or placing any wager on the padi4d platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

| "Bonus Funds" | Any promotional credits, free bets, cashback awards, or reload bonuses credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable. |
| "Wagering Requirement" | The total aggregate bet amount a Player must place before Bonus Funds or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before withdrawal of funds or upon request by the Platform. |
| "Prohibited Territory" | Any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform constitutes a breach of applicable local law. |
| "WIB" | Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used for all Platform communications, draw schedules, and customer support hours. |
Access to and use of the padi4d Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements stated above. padi4d reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying eligibility at any time and to close Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Each Player may hold only one Account on the padi4d Platform. Opening, or attempting to open, multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, padi4d reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, retain balances pending investigation, and withhold any bonus credits or winnings generated.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and bank account details associated with the payment methods you intend to use. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. padi4d will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account that occurs as a result of your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
Accounts are strictly personal. You must not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise deal in your Account or any funds held within it. Betting on behalf of, or in the name of, another person is prohibited. padi4d reserves the right to investigate any Account where the activity patterns suggest multiple users, proxy operation, or syndicate betting.
padi4d is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, we operate a Know Your Customer (KYC) program that may require Players to submit identity and address documentation at various stages of their account lifecycle.
The following documents are accepted for KYC verification purposes:
padi4d will endeavour to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of receipt of all required documentation. During periods of high volume, reviews may take up to 72 hours. Withdrawals will be held pending completion of the KYC process.
padi4d accepts deposits via the following payment channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are displayed within your Account dashboard and may vary by payment method. padi4d reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion with reasonable notice.
Deposits made via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to your Account within 1–5 minutes. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation of receipt by padi4d's payment processors, typically within 5–15 minutes during WIB business hours. padi4d accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment providers, bank processing windows, or national bank system maintenance periods.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account belongs to a person other than the Account holder — are strictly prohibited. Where third-party deposits are detected, padi4d reserves the right to freeze the Account, reverse the deposit, and request KYC documentation before taking further action.
padi4d does not charge any platform-side transaction fees on deposits. The full deposited amount is credited to your Account balance. Note that your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees; padi4d has no control over and accepts no responsibility for third-party fees.
To be eligible to withdraw funds from your padi4d Account, you must:
padi4d targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for verified Accounts requesting bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri during standard WIB banking hours (06:00–22:00 WIB). E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 5–10 minutes at any hour. Processing times may be extended during national bank maintenance windows, public holidays, or periods of unusually high withdrawal volumes.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum withdrawal per single transaction is Rp 100.000.000 for fully verified Accounts. Daily and weekly withdrawal caps may apply and are displayed in your Account dashboard.
padi4d does not deduct any platform-side fees from withdrawal amounts. The full requested amount will be transferred to your nominated bank account or e-wallet, subject to your financial institution's own policies.
Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. padi4d will make reasonable efforts to contact the Account holder before applying any dormancy policy. Dormant Account balances remain the property of the Player and may be claimed by contacting our support team and completing any required verification.
padi4d offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are displayed on the relevant promotion page at the time of offer. Where these general Terms conflict with a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.
New Players who make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a Welcome Bonus as described on the promotion page active at the time of registration. The Welcome Bonus is available once per Player, per household, and per device. Eligibility is determined at the time of first deposit; any attempt to circumvent the one-per-Player restriction — including through multiple Account creation — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and potential Account closure.
All Bonu s Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "30x the bonus") and must be met by placing real-money wagers on eligible games. The wagering requirement, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus are specified on the relevant promotion page.
padi4d reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold bonus winnings, and close Accounts where we identify patterns consistent with bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to:
Players suspected of bonus abuse will be notified and given an opportunity to respond before any final determination is made.
If you request a withdrawal before satisfying the wagering requirement attached to a bonus, the entire bonus amount and any winnings generated from that bonus will be forfeited. Your Real Money Balance (i.e., the original deposited funds and any winnings generated from Real Money wagers) will remain withdrawable.
All wagers placed on the padi4d Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game, sport, or event being wagered on. Game-specific rules are published in the Rules section accessible from each game's information panel. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a game-specific rule, the game-specific rule prevails.
padi4d reserves the right to refuse, limit, or accept any wager in whole or in part. Where we identify wagers that may have been placed in error (e.g., due to a system malfunction, obvious price error, or duplicate submission), we reserve the right to void such wagers and return the stake to your Account.
All sports bets are settled according to the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton). In the event of an abandoned match, postponement, or other disruption, the relevant sport-specific rules as published on the padi4d sportsbook pages will apply.
Casino games (slots, table games, video poker) and live dealer games are provided by licensed third-party game studios. Each game operates according to its published Return to Player (RTP) percentage and game rules. padi4d does not operate any proprietary games and has no control over individual game outcomes.
All togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws operate on published schedules displayed in WIB. Draw results are verified independently and published on the padi4d platform within 10 minutes of the official draw conclusion. In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, result, or Account transaction, you must notify padi4d's customer support team within 7 days of the relevant event. Disputes submitted after this period may not be investigated. padi4d's decision on all disputes is final and binding.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the padi4d Platform:
Violation of any prohibited conduct provision may result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
All content displayed on the padi4d Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, video clips, software, and data compilations — is the property of padi4d or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, or repurpose any content from the Platform without prior written consent from padi4d.
padi4d endeavours to maintain 99.5% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. We accept no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
The Platform integrates with third-party game providers, payment processors, and data suppliers. padi4d is not responsible for the performance, accuracy, or availability of third-party services. Any disputes regarding third-party game outcomes must be directed to the relevant game studio in the first instance.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, padi4d's total aggregate liability to any Player for any and all claims arising from or related to use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
padi4d excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage, even where padi4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
padi4d reserves the right to suspend or close any Account immediately, without prior notice, where we reasonably believe:
Where an Account is suspended for investigation, all funds will be held pending the outcome of that investigation. padi4d will notify the Account holder of the suspension and the reasons for it within a reasonable timeframe.
Players may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's nominated bank account or e-wallet following completion of any required verification. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not satisfied wagering requirements will be forfeited.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. padi4d reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive Accounts after notifying the Account holder via email.
padi4d reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via email and by a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request closure of your Account.
These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from or related to your use of the padi4d Platform, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which padi4d is licensed and regulated. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.
Where any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
